1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the CryptoMinute.ai website, mobile application, API or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept every provision herein, you must not access or use the Service.

By using CryptoMinute.ai, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, as our Service uses YouTube API Services to provide video content and analytics.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally-binding contract, and only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Description of Service

CryptoMinute.ai is an AI-powered aggregator that curates crypto-asset news, social media posts and video content, applies proprietary analytics (including sentiment and "impact" scoring) and presents condensed market insights ("Content") intended solely for informational purposes.

4. No Investment Advice & Risk Disclaimer

The Service and all Content are provided for educational and informational purposes only; nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. You alone bear responsibility for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified adviser before acting. Markets for digital assets are volatile and you may lose your entire investment.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service contains links to, or embeds, third-party websites, APIs and social-media feeds that CryptoMinute.ai does not control. We accept no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security or practices of any third-party resource, and your reliance on such content is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise noted, all text, graphics, logos, code, data compilations and AI-generated analytics are the property of CryptoMinute.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use. You remain responsible for all activity under your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) upload malware, spam or defraud; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; (c) post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing material; or (d) use automated means to collect Content.

9. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately and Sections 4, 10-14 survive.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CryptoMinute.ai, its affiliates, employees and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoMinute.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, third-party content or any reliance on Content—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

14. Changes to the Service & These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and to update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon, unless applicable law mandates another forum.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
